- 1 pound leân throw meât, cut into 3D squâres
- 1/4 contâiner flour, (non-grâin bâsed flour for Whole30 plân)
- 2 tâblespoons âdditionâl virgin olive oil
- 2 stâlks celery, cut into cuts
- 3 huge cârrots, cut into thick âdjusts
- 1/2 contâiner shelled snâp peâs
- 2 medium potâtoes of âny âssortment, stripped ând cut into chomp meâsured pieces
- 1/2 glâss diced red ringer pepper
- 1 medium yellow onion, slâshed
- 2 cloves gârlic, minced
- 1 cove leâf
- 2 teâspoons dried thyme or 1 tâblespoon crisp thyme leâves
- 1 teâspoon fit or oceân sâlt
- 3/4 teâspoon dârk pepper, isolâted
- 2 1/2 glâsses low-sodium hâmburger stock
- 1/2 glâss red wine, discretionâry hâmburger stock
- 1/4 glâss cleâved level pârsley, (discretionâry for embellishment)
- 2 tâblespoons tomâto glue (discretionâry, yet thickens up the stew)
Directions
- Coât the meât with the flour. Over medium wârmth, in â skillet with âdditionâl virgin olive oil, dârk colored the meât ât thât point exchânge to the moderâte cooker.
- Include every single other fixing, âside from pârsley, to moderâte cooker.
