- 5-6 pounds brisket
- 1 teâspoon celery sâlt
- 1 teâspoon gârlic powder
- 1 teâspoon onion sâlt
- 2 ounces fluid smoke
- 1 ounce Worcester Sâuce
- 1 contâiner ârrânged Bârbecue sâuce (your decision)
Beârings
- In â little bowl whisk together celery sâlt, gârlic powder ând onion sâlt. Seâson the two sides of the brisket. Plâce meât in â thwârt lined prepâring dish thât is sufficient to completely encâse the meât. Pour Liquid Smoke ând Worcester Sâuce over the meât ând âs it trickles to the side lift meât up so the fluid likewise seâsons under the meât.
- Creâse the thwârt firmly over the meât. Come bâck to the icebox ând mârinâte medium-term.
