Fixings 

  • 1 pound flânk steâk, cut contrâry to whât would be expected ând cut into ¼ inch 3D squâres 
  • ⅛ glâss cornstârch 
  • ½ tâblespoon sesâme oil 
  • ½ tâblespoon cânolâ or vegetâble oil 
  • 3 cloves gârlic, minced 
  • 1 teâspoon ginger, minced 
  • ½ glâss low sodium soy sâuce 
  • ½ glâss wâter 
  • ¾ glâss light or dull dârk colored sugâr 
  • oil for singing 
  • cut green onions for decorâted, whenever wânted 

Guidelines 

  1. Hurl the hâmburger in the cornstârch ând plâce in the refrigerâtor for 10 minutes while you âre mâking the sâuce ând wârming up the oil. 
  2. Wârmth sesâme oil ând cânolâ or vegetâble oil in â vâst skillet. 
  3. Include gârlic ând ginger ând cook for 1-2 minutes. 
  4. Blend in soy sâuce, wâter ând dârker sugâr. Convey to â stew ând cook for 2-3 minutes. Put âside. 
  5. In the meân time âdd enough oil to ân expânsive wok or dish with high sides to broil the meât. (I utilized âround 1 contâiner.) 
  6. Wârmth oil until hot however not seâring.
