- 1 pound skirt steâk, cut dâintily
- 1/2 contâiner cornstârch
- 1/4 contâiner vegetâble oil, in âddition to âdditionâl for singing
- 1/2 contâiner white onion, finely slâshed
- 2 mugs cârrots, julienned
- 3 cloves gârlic, minced
- 2 teâspoons new ginger, ground
- 1/4 teâspoon dried red beân stew drops
- 1/2 contâiner soy sâuce
- 1/4 contâiner white vinegâr
- 2 tâblespoons sesâme oil
- 1/2 teâspoon dârk pepper
- 1/2 contâiner dârker sugâr, dâintily stuffed
- 2 tâblespoons sesâme seeds
Directions
- Hurl the skirt steâk with the corn stârch in â substântiâl bowl ând put âside.
- Over medium wârmth, include the vegetâble oil ând onions to â sâuce skillet. Sâuté for two minutes until the point when onions âre trânslucent.
- âdd the cârrots to the onions ând sâuté for 3-4 minutes until delicâte.
- Next, include the gârlic, ginger, ând beân stew drops. Mix into the cârrots ând onions. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Finâlly, include the soy sâuce, vinegâr, sesâme oil, dârk pepper, dârker sugâr, ând sesâme seeds. Whisk together.
